Alice Jenkins is a new and local residential property management and lettings agency, covering Cardiff and Cardiff Bay .  We aim to bring a personal touch in this competitive field, dealing with a small number of Landlords and Corporate clients.

As Landlords, we became increasingly disappointed with the service we received and decided we could do a better job ourselves.  At Alice Jenkins we strive to bring the right Landlord and Tenant together for a smooth and stress free tenancy.

Deposits are held in a Government Custodial Scheme at no extra charge to either side.
